Set up this computer
Install Dorian Gray Worker to join the alpha. Setup asks for your contact details and requests approval for this computer. It receives work after approval.
By default, new work starts after five minutes of inactivity and while plugged in. Open Dorian Gray Worker to pause new work or change its CPU and memory limits.
Choose your system below. You can paste a command or download the installer.

In a terminal on Ubuntu or Debian, paste:
curl -fsSL https://doriangray.net/compute_fleet/download/script | bash
Setup may ask for your computer’s administrator password. You can also download the installer.
For a server without a desktop, replace the name, email, and phone below with your details:
curl -fsSL https://doriangray.net/compute_fleet/download/script | sudo DGE_ENROLL_NAME='Machine name' DGE_ENROLL_EMAIL='[email protected]' DGE_ENROLL_PHONE='+1XXXXXXXXXX' bash
In Terminal, paste:
curl -fsSL https://doriangray.net/compute_fleet/download/script | bash
Setup may ask for your Mac password while installing the tools it needs. Run the command as shown, without adding sudo.
Or download the installer. macOS will warn that the file is from the internet. In Finder, right-click it, choose Open, then Open again.
In PowerShell, paste:
curl.exe -fsSL 'https://doriangray.net/compute_fleet/download/windows_script' -o "$env:TEMP\dge-worker.cmd"; cmd /c "$env:TEMP\dge-worker.cmd"
Setup may ask for administrator permission or a restart. If you restart, run the same command again to finish setup.
Or download the installer. SmartScreen will warn that it is unsigned. Choose More info, then Run anyway.
When setup finishes, open Dorian Gray Worker from Applications, your app list, or the Start menu.
Setup sends your contact details and basic hardware information for approval. While connected, the worker reports its available capacity, idle time, and power status. It does not upload your personal files.
